If we are not out of stock shipment should be at your door in 10 working days, we ship only to Canada and USA but this involves additional freight charges.
Return Policy
You may unconditionally return any item purchased from GlassMosaicCanada.com if you are not satisfied. Exept 1/2 pound boxes and family colour boxes. We will refund the cost of any item (not including shipping) purchased from our Internet store within 28 days. All returns must include original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice. There is a 25% restocking fee applied on returns or exchange, please include proof of purchase and reason.
Products must be returned in original packaging codition within 15 days, damaged products will not be eligable for return.
